How to Test a Ryobi Battery Charger

- Always make sure that your voltmeter is set to the proper current. There is AC or alternate current that you get from wall outlets. Then there is DC or direct current that most battery-powered electronics use. So if you are going to test a charger’s terminals for voltage, always use DC.
